2004–2016: The constituency contains the polling districts of Jalan Usahawan, Taman Sri Rampai, Ayer Panas Luar, Ayer Panas Dalam, Taman Setapak Jaya, Seksyen 10 Wangsa Maju, PKNS Batu 6 Ulu Klang, Pekan Setapak, Jalan Pahang, Taman Tasek, Pulapol, Mindef, Taman Setiawangsa, Keramat Wangsa, Taman Setapak Permai, Ayer Panas Tengah, Seksyen 5/6 Wangsa Maju.
