Bayan Baru is a federal constituency in Northeast Penang Island District and Southwest Penang Island District, Penang, Malaysia, that has been represented in the Dewan Rakyat since 1986.

2004–2016: The constituency contains the polling districts of Minden Heights, Universiti Sains, Batu Uban, Sungai Dua, Bukit Jambol, Bukit Gambir, Taman Jubilee, Taman Pekaka, Pantai Jerejak, Taman Seri Nibong, Pintasan Bahagia, Jalan Mahsuri, Bandar Bayan Baru, Jalan Tengah, Taman Melati, Kampong Sungai Ara, Taman Desa Ara, Sungai Tiram, Sungai Kluang, Kampong Naran, Permatang Damar Laut, Batu Maung, Taman Sri Bayan, Taman Bukit Gedung, Teluk Tempoyak.
