Yabba-Dabba Dinosaurs
Yabba-Dabba Dinosaurs is an American animated television series[1][2][3] and a spin-off of the original series, The Flintstones. Production
Yabba-Dabba Dinosaurs first started production in 2016.[7] The series was first announced in May 2018 with a planned release date for 2019.[8] An animatic from the series was uploaded on August 2018.[9] In September 2018, the episode The Grass Is Always Dinner was included as part of a survey from Boomerang's newsletter.[10] The episode was later leaked and shared by various websites. It received critical backlash from internet users for its poor storytelling and humor and attempts at trying to appeal to the target demographic such as a scene in where Dino is dabbing.[11][12] The series was intended to have two seasons, but in December 2018, character designer Will Terrell said that Yabba-Dabba Dinosaurs would not be renewed for a second season which was about a year before the series aired.[13][14]
