Tut, Turkey

Tut (Kurdish, Tût[3]) is a green, rural district of Adıyaman Province of Turkey, to the north-west of the city of Adıyaman in the range of the Taurus Mountains called the Haci Muhammed. The mayor is Mehmet Kılıc for the Republican People's Party (CHP).[4] The Kaymakam is Yunus Kızılgüneş.[5]

This is green, high meadow and the name Tut comes from the Turkish word for mulberry, which grow here in large numbers.
