Janna van der Meulen
Janna de Boer-van der Meulen (16 April 1907 – 8 December 1981) was a Dutch kortebaanschaatsen speed skater.[1]

Van der Meulen was born in Warga. When she was nine years old, she won her first girls' race in Warga.[2] A few years later she won a silver bracelet, and she moved to Grouw.[2] Van der Meulen had her best results between 1924 and 1933.[2][3][4][5][6] She was called the "winter queen of 1924".[7] She was for five years (one of) the best Frisian skater.[8][2]
As of 1939, she was farmer at the "it Heecchiem" in Goëngahuizen. She was married and had 2 children, both boys.[2]
After being serious ill, Van der Meulen died in Grouw on 8 December 1981, aged 74.[9]
