Eye to Eye Tour
The Eye to Eye Tour, by German heavy metal band Scorpions, took place in 1999 and supported their album Eye II Eye. The second leg was coheadlined by Mötley Crüe. "We were selling 20,000 tickets every night," recalled Crüe singer Vince Neil. "There were tailgate parties in the parking lot, girls dressed up to go to a concert, guys rocked out, singing all the songs. Fun's back."[1]
