Eduard Basurin
Eduard Aleksandrovich Basurin[2] (Russian: Эдуард Александрович Басурин; born 27 June 1966) is the former Deputy Defence Minister and Defence Spokesman of the Donetsk People's Republic "people's militia" command.[3][4] In 2014 he served as a political commissar of the Kalmius Battalion.[1] On 1 October 2018, the DPR allegedly abolished the office of Defence Minister.[5][6]
