Wilbert Frazier

Frazier played college basketball for the Grambling State Tigers.[1] He was a first-team All-Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) selection from 1963 to 1965.[2]
Frazier was drafted by the San Francisco Warriors with the first pick of the second round of the 1965 NBA draft. He was the 12th overall draft pick.[1]
Frazier opted instead to play professional basketball in the American Basketball Association prior to the ABA–NBA merger. Frazier first played for the Houston Mavericks, then for the New York Nets.[3][4]
