What the fuck?

What the fuck? or the acronym WTF? is an expletive, an interjection of surprise in common usage. it is an intensive form of what. It is roughly synonymous with: oh my God, what in God's name, what in the world, what on Earth, what the dickens, what the Devil, what the heck, what in hell.
