W. G. Beauchamp
Captain W. G. Beauchamp VRD, CBE was the 1st Commander of the Ceylon Naval Volunteer Force. He was appointed on 1 February 1938 until 31 March 1946. He was succeeded by Royce de Mel. He was the Chairman of the Robertson Company in Colombo.[1]
