Verkhneilyinovka (Russian: Верхнеильиновка) is a rural locality (a selo) and the administrative center of Verkhneilyinsky Selsoviet of Zavitinsky District, Amur Oblast, Russia. The population was 161 as of 2018.[2] There are 8 streets.
