Venturia (fungus)
Venturia is a genus of fungi in the family Venturiaceae.[1] First identified in 1882,[2][3] species in the genus are plant pathogens. Venturia is widespread and the genus contains an estimated 58 species. Anamorphs were historically represented in the genus Fusicladium.[4]

The complete genome sequence of Venturia effusa, the first complete genome sequence of any species in the genus, was reported in 2019.[5]
