Tyrone Davis (American football)
Tyrone Davis (born June 30, 1972) is a former professional American football tight end who played in the National Football League. He played eight seasons for the New York Jets (1995–1996) and the Green Bay Packers (1997–2002). In college, he played wide receiver for the University of Virginia and set a school record for touchdown receptions with 28. He broke the record set by Herman Moore, whom Davis replaced as a starting wide receiver in 1991.
