Trety Reshayushchy
Trety Reshayushchy (Russian: Третий Решающий) is a rural locality (a settlement) in Frunzenskoye Rural Settlement, Sredneakhtubinsky District, Volgograd Oblast, Russia. The population was 334 as of 2010.[2] There are 14 streets.

The name of the settlement which means "Third deciding" is very unusual and is probably related to the Soviet tradition to call the third year of a five-year plan a "deciding" year.[3][4]
Geography
The village is located 12 km from Srednyaya Akhtuba, 15 km from Volgograd. Rybachy is the nearest rural locality.
