The Dungeon of Black Company

The Dungeon of Black Company (迷宮ブラックカンパニー, Meikyū Burakku Kanpanī) is a Japanese manga series by Yōhei Yasumura. It has been serialized in Mag Garden's Mag Comi website since December 2016 and has been collected in five tankōbon volumes. The manga is licensed in North America by Seven Seas Entertainment.[1] Since then, it was announced that the manga would enter its climax on June 5, 2020,[2] but without ending.[3] An anime television series adaptation by Silver Link is set to premiere in July 2021.

Synopsis

Kinji, who lacks any kind of work ethic, is a layabout in his modern life. One day, he finds himself transported to another world–but not in a grand fantasy of a hero welcomed with open arms. He's immediately shoved into a terrible job! Now enslaved by an evil mining company in a fantasy world, Kinji's about to really learn the meaning of hard work!

Anime

An anime television series adaptation produced by Silver Link is set to premiere in July 2021.[11] The series is directed by Mirai Minato, with scripts overseen by Deko Akao, and characters designed by Yuki Sawairi.[4]
