Space policy of the Joe Biden administration

The space policy of the Joe Biden administration, as of February 2021, is in its infancy and still in development. The space policies established during the Donald Trump Administration have largely not been altered, however it is uncertain if the Trump administration's goal of a moon landing in 2024 will remain.[1]

History

President Biden has endorsed the previous administration's plan to return humans to the moon through the Artemis program. White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said that the missions would carry out "new and exciting science, prepare for future missions to Mars and demonstrate America's values."[1]
