Sonny Maher
Martin "Sonny" Maher (1922 - 11 February 1999) was an Irish sportsperson. He played hurling with his local club Boherlahan-Dualla GAA in the 1940s and 1950s and was a member of the Tipperary senior inter-county team that won the Munster Senior Hurling Championship in 1950 and 1951, and the All-Ireland in 1949, 1950 and 1951.[1] He started all three All-Ireland final's in the number fourteen position in the full forward line.[2]
