Sebastes hubbsi

Sebastes hubbsi is a species of fish in the rockfish family found in the Northwest Pacific. It grows to 15.6 cm (6.1 in) standard length.[2]

Culinary use

In Korea, the fish is known as ureok (우럭) and used in fish soup.
