Ridge, California
Ridge (formerly, Ridgewood Station[1] and Ridgewood[2]) is an unincorporated community in Mendocino County, California.[1] It is located on the Northwestern Pacific Railroad 6 miles (9.7 km) south-southeast of Willits,[2] at an elevation of 1916 feet (584 m).[1]

The Ridgewood post office operated from 1904 to 1914.[2]
Climate
This region experiences warm (but not hot) and dry summers, with no average monthly temperatures above 71.6 °F. According to the Köppen Climate Classification system, Ridge has a warm-summer Mediterranean climate, abbreviated "Csb" on climate maps.[3]
