Rafik Mansour
Rafik Mansour (Chinese:拉菲克·曼蘇爾) is a diplomat of United States of America. His class is minister-counselor and he started serving as the Chargé d'affaires ad interim of the Embassy of the United States of America in Singapore on July 30, 2019. Mansour previously served as Deputy Chief of Mission and Chargé d'affaires, ad interim of the U.S. Embassy in Yerevan, Armenia.[1]
