Qeshlaq-e Shomali Rural District
Qeshlaq-e Shomali Rural District (Persian: دهستان قشلاق شمالي) is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Parsabad County, Ardabil Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 23,821, in 5,115 families.[1] The rural district has 76 villages.
