Progress Promotion Union
The Progress Promotion Union (Chinese: 群力促進會; Portuguese: União Promotora para o Progresso) is a political party in the Chinese Special Administrative Region of Macau. Macau is a territory in which political parties do not play a role, although some civic groups put forward lists at the elections and therefore might be viewed as parties. At the last elections in Macau, on 17 September 2017, Progress Promotion Union won 12.65% of the popular vote and 2 out of 14 of the elected seats.[1]
