Paddy McAllister

Paddy McAllister (born 20 July 1989) is an Irish rugby union player who plays prop for Connacht.

Paddy is a loose-head prop who joined the Ulster squad on a development contract at the start of the 2010-11 season after impressing in club rugby with Ballynahinch. He went on to make 22 appearances in that season, including 10 starts. He has appeared in Heineken Cup, Pro12, and Celtic League games since 2010.

He left Ulster in 2014, to join French club Aurillac in the Pro D2 during the 2014-15 season. On 29 January 2015, McAllister moved to England to join Gloucester in the Aviva Premiership from the 2015-16 season.[1]

McAllister is a devout Christian.[2]

On 15 January 2019, it was announced that McAllister had signed for Connacht at the beginning of the 2019–20 season.[3]
