Oleksiy Hutsulyak

Oleksiy Hutsulyak (Ukrainian: Олексій Олександрович Гуцуляк; born 25 December 1997 in Khmelnytskyi Oblast,[1] Ukraine) is a professional Ukrainian football striker who currently plays for Desna Chernihiv.

Career

Hutsulyak is the product of the UFK Lviv School System. His first trainers were Taras Pavlish and Andriy Dulibskyi.[2]

FC Karpaty

He made his debut for FC Karpaty in a game against FC Metalurh Donetsk on 1 March 2015 in Ukrainian Premier League.[3]

FC Desna Chernihiv

In 2020 he signed for with FC Desna Chernihiv got into the Quarterfinals of the Ukrainian Cup in the season 2019-20 got again into the Quarterfinals of the Ukrainian Cup for the second time of the history with the club of Chernihiv. In Premier League in the season 2019–20, with the club got the 4th place, through the play-offs for the Championship round table.

He was included as the in the team Desna Chernihiv against VfL Wolfsburg for the Europa League third qualifying round at the AOK Stadion and played in the second half replacing Yehor Kartushov.[4]

On 5 October 2020, after the match against Shakhtar Donetsk, he was elected best player of the round 5, in Ukrainian Premier League.[5]On 4 February 2021, Oleksiy Hutsulyak scored against Ahrobiznes in the friendly match ended 4-0 for FC Desna Chernihiv.[6]

International career

He also played for Ukrainian under-16 and under-17 national football teams.
