Mulgi Zali Ho
Mulgi Zali Ho (transl. The girl is born) is an Indian Marathi-language television drama which airs on Star Pravah. The show stars Sharvani Pillai, Divya Subhash and Yogesh Sohoni in lead roles.[1] It is produced by Suzana Ghai, Hemant Rupvell and Ranjeet Thakur under the banner of Panaroma Entertainment Pvt. Ltd.

Plot outline
Mulgi Zali Ho serial is about a girl child Sajiri (Mau) who is being rejected. Her father Vilas gives some poison to her mother Uma during her pregnancy because he feels that he cannot afford to pay for another daughter. As a result, the girl is being born dumb. Mau does all the house hold works and also goes house to house selling milk. Consequently, she meets a city boy called Shaunak who will be following her daily and remembers her as the child who saved him from a car crash from childhood. Mau, only longs for the affection of her cold and distant father, and is oblivious to the love bestowed on her by Shaunak.[2]

- Ajay Purkar replaced Anand kale as Rajan Sardeshmukh in January 2021.[5]

Reception
The show opens with low TRP ratings initially, but within 1 month of its premier, the show went in top 5 Marathi shows list and thereafter the show always maintains its position in top 5.[6] From week 51 of 2020, the show became No.1 Marathi show beating Sukh Mhanje Nakki Kay Asta! with 6.3 Million impressions and thereafter it always maintains its first position.
