Mudlo is a locality in the Gympie Region, Queensland, Australia.[2] In the 2016 census, Mudlo had a population of 7 people.[1]

Geography

Mudlo is largely undeveloped land with a mountainous terrain being part of the Coast Range with Mount Mudlo at 467 metres (1,532 ft).[3][4] Most of the northern part of the locality is within the Grongah National Park and some of the southern locality being in the Mudlo National Park and the Calgoa State Forest. The developed land is used for cattle raising.[5]

Mudlo Road passes through the locality from Kilkivan to the south and Tansey in the west.[5]

Education

There are no schools in Mudlo. The nearest primary school is in neighbouring Kilkivan. The nearest secondary schools are in Murgon and Gympie.[5]
