Mobi, Inc. is a wireless services provider founded in 2004 and based in Honolulu. The company provides service on each of the major islands of Hawaiʻi.[3]

History
The company was assigned wireless spectrum in the PCS band in 2004[4] and launched service[5] in Hawaii in 2005. The company, then doing business as Mobi PCS, along with Metro PCS, was backed by venture capital firm M/C Partners.[6] By 2008, Mobi had opened 11 retail and 70 dealer locations in Hawaii.[7] In 2014 / 2015, Mobi sold part of its wireless network and spectrum to Verizon.[8]
