Miguel Tsao
Miguel Tsao or Tsao Li-jey (Chinese: 曹立傑; pinyin: Cáo Lìjié) is a Taiwanese diplomat and politician. He is currently the Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs since 29 November 2018.[1]
