Melissa Wintrow
Melissa Wintrow (born Troy, Ohio, United States) is an American politician and a Democratic member of the Idaho House of Representatives from the north Boise-based District 19 in the B seat since December 1, 2014. Wintrow succeeded Holli Woodings after Woodings ran unsuccessfully for the Idaho Secretary of State.[1]

Wintrow attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, graduating with a B.A. in English literature in 1988. She then earned a master of education in higher education from the University of Georgia in 1990.[2]
Wintrow was the first director of the Boise State Women's Center, where she produced The Vagina Monologues. Wintrow was the assistant director for residence education at Boise State University when she resigned to take the legislative position.[3][4]
