Matvei Petrov
Matvei Petrov (born 1990)[1] is a Russian-born Albanian artistic gymnast.

In 2020, he won the gold medal on the Pommel Horse (see also Pommel horse) at the 2020 European Men's Artistic Gymnastics Championships held in Mersin, Turkey.[2][3] He has been competing as an international elite gymnast at the senior level for a long time - since at least 2010, at the Cottbus International Tournament, where he won a Bronze medal on the Pommel Horse.[4] He was also a finalist on the Pommel Horse at the 2013 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships[5] and won a Silver medal on this same apparatus at the 2014 Mikhail Voronin Cup.[6]
