Marion Township is one of thirteen townships in Jasper County, Indiana, United States. As of the 2010 census, its population was 7,571 and it contained 2,989 housing units.[1]

History
Charles Halleck Student Center, Hugh and Leona Rank House, and Schwietermann Hall were listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2016.[2]

According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 52.58 square miles (136.2 km2), of which 52.51 square miles (136.0 km2) (or 99.87%) is land and 0.06 square miles (0.16 km2) (or 0.11%) is water.[1]
