Margaret Ekpo International Airport (IATA: CBQ, ICAO: DNCA), also known as Calabar Airport, is an airport serving Calabar, the capital of the Cross River State in Nigeria.

The airport was named after Margaret Ekpo. Who was one of Nigeria’s pioneering feminist and anticolonial activists.
It was commissioned in 1983 by Alhaji Shehu Shagari, the former president of Nigeria.[5]
The Calabar VOR-DME (Ident: CAL) is located 2.9 nautical miles (5.4 km) off the threshold of Runway 03 at Akim Qua Town in Calabar. The Calabar non-directional beacon (Ident: CR) is located on the field.[6][7]
