César Marcelo Meli (born 20 June 1992) is an Argentine footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder for Hapoel Be'er Sheva on loan from Racing Club de Avellaneda.

Club career
In 2011, he started playing in Colón until 2014, when he was transferred to Boca Juniors for $750,000 Argentine pesos.[1]
On July 2016, he was loaned to Sporting CP.[2]
