Louis Frederick Kihneman
Louis Frederick Kihneman III (born February 17, 1952) is an American prelate of the Catholic Church. He is the current Bishop of Biloxi.

Biography
On November 18, 1977, Kihneman was ordained to the priesthood at the Corpus Christi Cathedral.[1] Pope Francis appointed Kihneman as the 4th Bishop for the Diocese of Biloxi on December 16, 2016.[2][3] Kihneman was to be consecrated as a bishop on February 17, 2017, but due to health reasons, his consecration was postponed for a later date.[4] His installation occurred on April 28, 2017.[5]
