Tom and Jerry: Back to Oz (also known as Tom and Jerry: Return to Oz) is a 2016 animated direct-to-video film starring Tom and Jerry, produced by Warner Bros. Animation, directed by Spike Brandt and written by Paul Dini, with animation being done by Digital eMation. It is the final Tom and Jerry direct-to-video film to be distributed by Warner Home Video internationally. The film is a sequel to the 2011 animated film, Tom and Jerry and the Wizard of Oz. It is also the first sequel in the direct-to-video film series of the Tom and Jerry franchise. Benj Pasek and Justin Paul wrote 5 new original songs for this film, in their film songwriting debut. This is the final voice role of Joe Alaskey who died four months before the film's release and is dedicated to his memory.

Renee Schonfeld of Common Sense Media rated it 3 out of 5 stars, saying "By blending solid new musical numbers with the old Oz favorites and including inventive new characters, Spike Brandt, Tony Cerone, and company have made this sequel funny and original."[1]
