Khanthaboury District
Khanthaboury is the old name of Savannakhet city, which since 2005 has been named Kaysone Phomvihane (Lao: ໄກສອນ ພົມວິຫານ). It is a district (muang) of Savannakhet Province in southern Laos.[1]
