Price now serves on the Judiciary, Rules and Small Business committees. Price previously served on the following committees: Environmental and Natural Resources; Health, Education and Welfare; Municipal Government. Price is also the Co-Chairman of the Republican Policy Group.
On January 6, 2021, Price was present at the storming of the United States Capitol.[4] Pointing to Price's refusal to wear a mask at his 2021 swearing in (during the COVID-19 pandemic in Rhode Island), and his amplification of conspiracy theories that resulted in the capitol attack, some Rhode Island Democrats called for Price to resign.[5]
