Jaman District
Jaman District is a former district that was located in Brong Ahafo Region (now in Ahafo Region), Ghana, when it was created from the defunct Berekum-Jaman District. On 12 November 2003, Jaman North District was split off by a decree of president John Agyekum Kufuor; thus the remaining portion has been since then officially called Jaman South District. The district assembly was located in the western part of Brong Ahafo Region and had Drobo as its capital town.
