Hokkaido 4th district
Hokkaidō 4th district (北海道[第]4区) is a single-member electoral district for the House of Representatives, the lower house of the National Diet of Japan. It represents Teine Ward of Sapporo city and the surrounding Shiribeshi Subprefecture of Hokkaido.
