Haitham Kadhim Tahir (Arabic: هيثم كاظم طاهر) (born 21 July 1983) is an Iraqi retired football midfielder who last played for the Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya football club.

Information
He was Player of the Tournament at the 2004 Algomhuria International Cup with Al Shorta. After winning the Iraq league title with Al Zawraa, Haitham Kadhim moved to Arbil FC in August 2006. He has been named in the senior national team on several occasions, but due to the abundance of talent in midfield he has been unable to force his way into the side. Last Season Haitham won the Iraq Super League with his Club Arbil FC.
