Fifth Lee Hsien Loong Cabinet
The Fifth Cabinet of Lee Hsien Loong of the Government of Singapore was announced on 25 July 2020[1] following the general election on 10 July 2020, and came into effect on 27 July 2020.

There are seven new political office holders, six of whom are newly elected MPs:[2]
- Tan See Leng – Minister (newly elected).
- Gan Siow Huang – Minister of State (newly elected).
- Alvin Tan – Minister of State from 1 September 2020 (newly elected).
- Desmond Tan – Minister of State (newly elected).
- Tan Kiat How – Minister of State (newly elected).
- Eric Chua – Parliamentary Secretary (newly elected).
- Rahayu Mahzam – Parliamentary Secretary from 1 September 2020.
In addition, there are six outgoing political office holders:[1]
- Khaw Boon Wan – former Coordinating Minister (retired).
- Ng Chee Meng – former Minister (not elected).
- Lam Pin Min – former Senior Minister of State (not elected).
- Sam Tan – former Minister of State (retired).
- Amrin Amin – former Senior Parliamentary Secretary (not elected).

The list of Cabinet ministers and other office holders was announced on 25 July 2020. In a press conference, Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong said, "I'm rotating the ministers, especially the younger ones, to gain exposure and experience. We regularly do this during Cabinet shuffles, and the intent is to expose the office-holders to different portfolios to gain both breadth and depth to understand the intricacies of the issues, and to see things from different perspectives."[3]
