Fermín Palacios
Fermín Palacios was president of El Salvador four times: February 1, 1844 – February 7, 1844; February 16, 1845 – April 25, 1845; February 1, 1846 – February 21, 1846; and July 12, 1846 – July 21, 1846. He was born in San Salvador.
