FC Mtskheta (renamed to Mtskheta-Urioni in the 2003–04 season) was a Georgian association football club based in Mtskheta.

The club played at Armazi Stadium, today's Mtskheta-Park. In the 2001–02 season the club participaated in the Regionuli Liga (eastern zone), where they took first place. In 2002–03 they played in Pirveli Liga, where they finished third and in the play-off match against Gorda Rustavi after a 1:0 win they won promotion to the Umaglesi Liga,[1] but in the following season the club were relegated after a losing the play-off match in which Gorda Rustavi took revenge for the previous year's loss, after Mtskheta took the 9th place in the league.[2]
In the Georgian Cup the club played 6 matches - 2 wins, 1 draw, 3 losses.[3][4]
