Emmones Idees (trans. Έμμονες Ιδέες; Obsessive Ideas) is the thirteenth studio album by popular Greek artist Katy Garbi.

It was released in 15 October 2003 by Sony Music Greece and received platinum certification in Greece, selling over 50,000 units, and platinum certification in Cyprus. The first single "Na Pernas" and precursor to the album was released over one month prior to the release of the album, which itself was scheduled to be released early September and then delayed to 01 October. It was finally released as Garbi's thirteenth studio album on 15 October 2003 and gained Gold the first week of release.
Release
It was available in two different versions: one, the standard 16-track version, and two, the other being marked a "Limited Edition" and including a bonus DVD of previous EP Mia Kardia's music videos along with her biography, discography and photos. There is a cover track "Ilios I Vrohi" which is based on "Youm Wara Youm", previously recorded and performed as a duet by Egyptian singer Samira Said and Algerian singer Cheb Mami.[1] Containing many of her most successful songs, like "Na Pernas", "Antres", "Esena Mono" and "Ta Ripsokindina".

Singles and Music videos
The following singles were officially released to radio stations and made into Music Videos. The songs "Emmones Idees", "Stenahorieme" and "Zilia", despite not having been released as singles, managed to gain radio airplay with the following singles.
"Na Pernas"
"Na Pernas" was the lead single from the album and released on 03 September 2003 with music video. The music song is a mid-tempo hasapiko styled (composed by Spiros Georgiou) and gained massive radio airplay and making airplay every hour for a month.
"Poso Tha 'Thela"
"Poso Tha 'Thela" was the second single from the album and released on 24 September 2003 with music video. The song is a pop-rock ballad (composed by Dimitris Kontopoulos) in a duet with Giannis Vardis, which gained a lot of airplay.
"Antres"
"Antres" was the third single from the album and release on 13 October 2003. The song had a good airplay.
"Esena Mono"
"Esena Mono" was the fourth single from the album and released on 26 November 2003 with music video, which filmed at London city with her husband, Dionisis. The song had a massive success and is considered one of the most successful ballads of the decade.
"Apsiha Pragmata"
"Apsiha Pragmata" was the fifth single from the album and released on 02 February 2004. The video clip was directed by Victoria Vellopoulou, due to Katy's film concerts at the ODEON KOSMOPOLIS cinema in the fall of 2012 and released on 26 October 2015, 12 years after its release.
"Ta Ripsokindina"
"Ta Ripsokindina" was the sixth single from the album and released on 19 April 2004. The song had a good airplay.
"Emmones Idees [Medley]"
"Emmones Idees [Medley]" was the seventh and last single from the album and released on 09 June 2004 with music video. It is a mix of 3 songs of album ("Apopse, Thee Mou, Anapse T' Asteria", "Ta Ripsokindina", "De S' Agapaei").
