Dowlatabad Rural District (Zanjan Province)
Dowlatabad Rural District (Persian: دهستان دولت آباد) is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Abhar County, Zanjan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 4,228, in 937 families.[1] The rural district has 13 villages.
