Dongguantou Nan (S) station

Dongguantou Nan (S) station[1] (Chinese: 东管头南站; pinyin: Dōngguǎntóu Nán zhàn) is an interchange station on Line 16 and Fangshan line of the Beijing Subway of which Line 16 section is still under construction.

History

This station was originally known as Xiajia Hutong station[4] and Fengyiqiao South station, and was officially renamed Dongguantou South station in October 2020.[5] The Fangshan line station opened on December 31, 2020,[2] and the Line 16 station will open in 2022.[3]

Station Layout

Both the line 16 and Fangshan line stations have underground island platforms, with the Fangshan line platforms being under the currently under construction line 16 platforms, set to open in late 2022.[3]
