The station was first managed by Jomar Caluna wherein he rebrand it from Home Radio FM to DWIZ FM patterned to its flagship AM radio DWIZ 882. It was on the second quarter of 2015 when it was officially reformat its programming as DWIZ FM. Caluna was later kicked out for financial and management issues. Since then Melita Nangit took over as officer-in-charge of the station.
