Plot

The adventures of two P.R.O.U.T. E agents; Roger, agent Collie, and Gwen. They live in the same building in the suburbs of Seattle.

While the building's police officers are gathering at their headquarters, they become victims of a computer attack carried out by an unknown person. At this meeting, a new threat appears to have emerged through increasingly aggressive behavior between dogs and cats around the world. Then the mysterious hacker appears on the screens as a line of sound waves. He then explains that our friends have no chance against him and that their fight is doomed to failure.

We learn that Roger and Gwen are agents assigned solely to monitor the building, although Gwen is very insistent about Roger's past, who seems to have some knowledge of the area. Roger and Gwen form team fortune, made up of themselves, old ed, and Duke, a Rottweiler.

Meanwhile, we also keep an eye on the daily activities of Max and Zoey, Roger and Gwen's hosts, respectively. Max is a young tennis player who enjoys Amateur training and competitions, so much so that he no longer spends time with his dog. Meanwhile, Zoey takes music lessons to help her father, an unemployed singer-songwriter.

At the pet shop nearby, we'll meet Pablo, a cockatoo and lizard Zika, related to monitor lizards. Pablo founded the atypical pet circle, or C.A.C.A., a group of Pets that were never taken because of their dangerous or strange appearance. Here we find frogs, cobras, and fish. It turns out that Pablo is a hacker who disabled all the P. R.O.U.T.E. facilities.

That evening, Gwen asked Roger how his life in the field had turned out. Roger had told her that he needed to be able to make a choice, even a difficult one, in a split second so that he couldn't hurt his partner.

He decided to switch to scouting to avoid re-selecting.
