BH Eurosong 2001
BH Eurosong 2001 was the national final organised by PBSBiH in order to select Bosnia and Herzegovina's entry for the Eurovision Song Contest 2001. The show took place on 10 March 2001 at the PBSBiH studios in Sarajevo, hosted by Selma Alispahić and Darko Gutović.
Competing entries
81 valid submissions out of 100 were received by PBSBiH after the broadcaster opened the submission period for artists and composers to submit their entries.[1] A selection committee consisting of representatives from the two Bosnian broadcasters RTVBiH and SRT selected nineteen entries for the competition and among the competing artists, Amila Glamočak previously represented Bosnia and Herzegovina in the Eurovision Song Contest 1996, placing twenty-second with the song "Za našu ljubav".[2]
Final
The final took place on 10 March 2001. Nineteen entries participated and the winner was determined by an eight-member jury who assigned scores to each entry ranging from 1 (lowest) to 10 (highest) immediately after it had been performed.[3] The jury panel consisted of Zlatan Fazlić, Jasmin Komić, Miro Janjanin, Aida Kurtović, Mladen Matović, Predrag Đajić, Anica Vrilić and Branislav Petar Štumf.[1]
