Bala Rud, Gilan
Bala Rud (Persian: بالارود, also Romanized as Bālā Rūd)[1] is a village in Tutaki Rural District, in the Central District of Siahkal County, Gilan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its existence was noted, but its population was not reported.[2]
